AURA Beauty Clinic ("เรา", "ของเรา") ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายวิธีการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

เมื่อท่านใช้งานเว็บไซต์หรือแชทกับผู้ช่วย AI ของเรา เราอาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้:

• ข้อมูลที่ท่านให้โดยตรง: ชื่อ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ อีเมล ข้อมูลการติดต่อทาง LINE หรือ WhatsApp บริการที่สนใจ และสาขาที่ต้องการ
• ข้อมูลการสนทนา: ข้อความที่ท่านส่งผ่านแชทบนเว็บไซต์ Instagram DM หรือ LINE
• ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: ที่อยู่ IP ประเภทเบราว์เซอร์ ภาษาที่ใช้ และข้อมูลอุปกรณ์
• ข้อมูลการจองนัดหมาย: วันที่ เวลา สาขา และบริการที่จอง

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

เราใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อ:

• ตอบคำถามและให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริการของเรา
• จัดการนัดหมายและการจองคิว
• ติดต่อท่านเกี่ยวกับบริการที่ท่านสนใจ
• ปรับปรุงคุณภาพการให้บริการและประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้
• ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย

3. ฐานทางกฎหมายในการประมวลผลข้อมูล

เราประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยอาศัยฐานทางกฎหมายดังนี้:

• ความยินยอม: เมื่อท่านเริ่มสนทนากับแชทบอท AI ของเราและยินยอมให้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล
• สัญญา: เมื่อท่านจองนัดหมายหรือใช้บริการของเรา
• ประโยชน์อันชอบธรรม: เพื่อปรับปรุงบริการและประสบการณ์ของลูกค้า

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลภายนอก

เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่านแก่บุคคลภายนอกดังนี้:

• ผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์ม AI: ข้อมูลการสนทนาจะถูกประมวลผลผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม AI ของเราเพื่อสร้างคำตอบอัตโนมัติ
• ผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้ง: เว็บไซต์และข้อมูลจะถูกจัดเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่ปลอดภัย
• หน่วยงานราชการ: เมื่อมีข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายบังคับ

5. การโอนข้อมูลไปยังต่างประเทศ

ข้อมูลของท่านอาจถูกโอนไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ในต่างประเทศผ่านผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์ม AI และผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์ของเรา ตามมาตรา 28-29 ของ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เราดำเนินการให้มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เพียงพอเมื่อมีการโอนข้อมูลข้ามพรมแดน

6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไม่เกิน 12 เดือนนับจากวันที่มีการติดต่อครั้งล่าสุด หลังจากนั้นข้อมูลจะถูกลบออกจากระบบโดยอัตโนมัติ เว้นแต่มีข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายที่ต้องเก็บรักษานานกว่านั้น

7. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ภายใต้ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ท่านมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้:

• สิทธิในการเข้าถึง: ขอเข้าดูข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่เราจัดเก็บ
• สิทธิในการแก้ไข: ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
• สิทธิในการลบ: ขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
• สิทธิในการถอนความยินยอม: ถอนความยินยอมในการประมวลผลข้อมูลได้ทุกเมื่อ
• สิทธิในการคัดค้าน: คัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลในบางกรณี
• สิทธิในการโอนข้อมูล: ขอรับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้

8. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

เราใช้มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยทางเทคนิคและองค์กรที่เหมาะสม รวมถึงการเข้ารหัสข้อมูลระหว่างการส่ง (SSL/TLS) การจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง และการตรวจสอบระบบเป็นประจำ

9. คุกกี้

• Conversation data: Messages you send through website chat, Instagram DM, or LINE.

• Booking information: Date, time, location, and service booked.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide information about our services
• Manage appointments and bookings
• Contact you regarding services you have expressed interest in

• Consent: When you initiate a conversation with our AI chatbot and consent to data collection.

• AI platform provider: Conversation data is processed through our AI platform to generate automated responses.
• Hosting provider: Our website and data are stored on secure servers.

Your data may be transferred to servers outside Thailand through our AI platform and cloud service providers. In accordance with Sections 28-29 of the PDPA, we ensure adequate data protection measures are in place for cross-border transfers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for no longer than 12 months from the date of your last interaction. After this period, data is automatically deleted from our systems, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: Request access to your personal data that we hold.
• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.
• Right to object: Object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to data portability: Receive your personal data in a machine-readable format.
